Evergreen Initiative is a youth-centric non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to unlocking the potential of young Nigerians through leadership development, education, advocacy, and empowerment programs.
Founded in 2015 and registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), Evergreen was birthed out of the growing need for human and leadership capital development in Nigeria. We believe that when young people are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and opportunities, they can drive sustainable development, influence positive change, and transform their communities.
Our work focuses on reaching youths at the grassroots, tackling socio-political challenges, and creating platforms where every Nigerian child and youth can thrive regardless of their background.
